What we collect, why, and how long it is kept. Using the service is also covered by the Terms.
1.Who is responsible
SS Ultimate is run by Krimnizo, which decides what is collected and why. This policy covers the website, the dashboard and the servers we run for you.
2.What we collect
Account details: your name, email address, the Telegram or Discord handle you give us, and what you tell us when you ask for access.
Security data: your IP address and browser details when you sign in or send a form, used to keep sessions safe and to limit abuse.
Usage: how many streams your servers delivered and when, task and server status, and what you and your team change in the dashboard, so we can enforce your plan and show you your own numbers.
Billing: invoices, what you paid and when, and the billing details you enter. Payments go through a payment server we run ourselves. It tells us what arrived; we never hold your wallet keys or seed phrases.
Your material: the configurations, accounts, proxies, links and files you add are stored on the servers assigned to you so your tasks can run.
3.Why we use it
To give you access and run the service, to enforce your plan and daily cap, to bill you, to send the emails and notifications you need (approvals, password resets, expiry warnings, alerts you turn on), to answer you when you contact us, and to protect the service from abuse.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising. The site sets only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings.
4.Who else sees it
The hosting providers our servers and email run on, only as far as needed to run them. Anyone you invite to your team sees what their role allows. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
5.How long we keep it
Account and billing records are kept while your account exists and afterwards for as long as we need them for our own records.
Detailed stream reports and server events are deleted after about a month; daily totals are kept. Read notifications go after a quarter.
What is stored on your servers stays until you delete it or the server is reassigned or removed.
6.Your choices
You can correct your details in the dashboard, change which notifications you receive, and delete your material from your servers at any time.
