These terms apply to every use of SS Ultimate. How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.
1.Who we are
SS Ultimate is a service run by Krimnizo. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Krimnizo, and "you" means the person or business that holds an account, including everyone you invite to it.
2.Accepting these terms
By requesting access, creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
3.Your responsibility
You use the service entirely at your own risk and you are solely responsible for how you use it.
That includes the accounts, proxies, tracks, playlists, files and any other material you add or point the service at, and the results of every task you run.
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and with the terms of any third party whose platform your use touches, including Spotify. We do not check or approve what you do with the service.
You agree to cover any claim, loss or cost that reaches us because of your use of the service or your material.
4.No guarantee of results
The service is provided as it is and as available, without any warranty. We do not promise that it runs without interruption or error, that streams are counted, reported or paid out by any platform, or that accounts, proxies or anything else you use keep working.
Figures on our pages, including past performance, describe what happened. They are not a promise of what you will get.
5.Access, trials and suspension
Access is granted by hand, for a period and a daily stream cap we set. A trial is access for a short period and ends on its own.
We may suspend or end your access at any time and for any reason, including non-payment, misuse, a risk to the service or to other customers, or a request from a third party. When access ends, the servers assigned to you stop and may be reassigned.
Keep your login and license key private. Anything done with them counts as done by you.
6.Payments and no refunds
Prices are shown before you pay. Invoices are payable in cryptocurrency through our own payment server, or another way we agree with you.
All payments are final. We do not give refunds, in whole or in part, including for unused time, a suspended account, results you did not get, or a change of mind.
Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed. You are responsible for sending the exact amount, in the asset and on the network the checkout asks for, before it expires. A short or late payment does not extend your access until it is settled.
7.Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or for any action a third party takes against your accounts, content or payouts.
Where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the event that caused it.
8.General
If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term straight away does not waive it.
